We strive to provide a high standard of care in all that we do and we appreciate and welcome any feedback or concerns you may have. These can be compliments, general comments, or a complaint. You can access a copy of our Complaints Management Policy and summary brochure on our Policies page.

At the end of this page, you will find two online forms for submitting feedback and compliments, or a complaint. These forms allows you to submit this information anonymously if this is your preference.


FEEDBACK

If you wish to give us feedback, or you are not happy with the provision of supports and wish to make a complaint, you can talk to Alice Ramsey by emailing alice@ramseyspeechpathology.com.au or using the secure online form below.

Feedback is confidential and we investigate every complaint and inform you of actions taken and/or progress made in addressing your concerns, as well as options available to you.


NDIS

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. Complaints about providers can be made to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by calling 1800 035 544 or visiting http://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/.

If you are unhappy with your NDIS plan, you can contact the National Disability Insurance Agency by calling 1800 800 110, visiting one of their offices in person, or visiting http://www.ndis.gov.au/ for further information.


SPA

If you believe there has been a breach of the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Code of Ethics, you can contact SPA on 1300 368 835. You can find more information on their website.
